    HCPs don’t know what they’re doing. Wait! Let us explain. We often think of HCP journeys as a series of linear, easy-as-ABC steps, when in truth they are a web of complex interactions that are subject to frequent flux—most of the time, not even the HCPs themselves know how they got to their decisions! But, by closely following HCPs and picking through the digital droppings they leave behind, we can build up a much better understanding of HCP motivations, which in turn allows us to build much better engagement strategies.
