At the heart of the Spring Branch Community is its schools. Since its creation as a suburban school district in the 1940s, SBISD has been nationally renowned for providing quality education. Six incorporated villages surrounded by the city - Bunker Hill, Hedwig, Hilshire, Hunters Creek, Piney Point and Spring Valley - comprise the school district. The district's dedication to small neighborhood schools is credited with contributing to the success of our schools and our students. 🥗 Fueling student-athletes for success—on and off the field! Stratford High School’s Fueling Spartans program, in partnership with Memorial Hermann Rockets Sports Medicine, is equipping student-athletes with the nutrition knowledge needed for peak performance. Through weekly lessons, customized nutrition plans, and hands-on food demos, athletes learn how to properly fuel, train, and recover to reach their full potential. Beyond sports nutrition, Stratford is also developing future leaders through character-building sessions and mentorship, emphasizing discipline, effort, leadership, and courage—traits that go far beyond the game. What an incredible night! We celebrated our talented elementary students at the annual Fifth Grade Track Meet, where students from every campus competed in various track and field events, cheered on by family and friends who packed the stands! We also wrapped up the night with our first Community Information Meeting for the proposed 2025 Bond.
