Two of our Delta partners – the Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) and the WaterNow Alliance – will grow their water workforce programs through this significant federal funding. Leadership development programs like these are crucial to our water utilities as they work to build a more equitable, sustainable water workforce to serve their communities.
