How does Springboard work? Our goal was to make this initiative as easy as possible. Applicants can apply for prize awards starting at $5,000 up to $25,000. Each awardee will receive 75% of the grant up front to implement their initiative and 25% after the agreed-upon scope of work. The finalists will be announced by a panel of judges, and winners at an annual event. That’s it. Immediate cash flow. No paybacks. Very little red tape. Zero reason not to apply.
