Cheers to Speakeasy Company on recently being acquired by Flaviar! 🥂 Flaviar is a leader in the beverage-alcohol eCommerce space, and acquiring Speakeasy Company was a natural evolution for both brands. “Speakeasy thrives in creating experiences for its brand partners,” Flaviar CEO and cofounder Jugoslav Petkovic told Forbes. “Now Flaviar will be able to leverage those experiences too, whereas before, a single retailer would be unlikely to fulfill it.” While Flaviar remained focused on D2C, Speakeasy pivoted and started focusing on B2B. They also added a marketing and consulting side of their business, which launched in 2015. Congratulations to both the Flaviar and Speakeasy Company teams on this exciting new chapter!
