This full-day event is designed to inspire and empower education professionals like you with practical strategies for your classroom, with a special focus on maximizing the power of mindset. We’ve secured two incredible keynote speakers and are curating dynamic breakout sessions to ensure a day filled with fresh insights and actionable takeaways. Now, we’re inviting you to be a part of the experience—not just as an attendee, but as a potential presenter! Would you consider leading a 30- or 45-minute breakout session? This is an opportunity to share your expertise, connect with other educators, and contribute to an important conversation about the role of mindset in shaping student success.   • 🎉 Exciting News at Springer Diagnostic Center! 🎉 We are thrilled to welcome two exceptional psychologists to our team: Deborah Gilbert, Ph.D. and Bradley Paramore, Ed.S., NCSP. Their expertise, passion, and dedication to supporting children and families align perfectly with the Springer mission to empower students. They are here to help families find answers and set their children on the path to success. Bradley brings 10 years of experience as the lead psychologist in a local school district. He is enthusiastic about working with our team to provide comprehensive diagnostic services. He shares, “After years of seeing just how many families are impacted by learning disabilities and ADHD, and just how effective a thorough evaluation with effective recommendations can be in improving outcomes, I wanted to reach more families.” He adds, “I feel uniquely positioned to be a part of the solution by removing barriers so that children can thrive.” Both Deborah and Bradley bring a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to helping families find the answers they need to support their child’s success. Their arrival strengthens Springer’s ability to continue providing the highest level of support to children and families on their educational journeys. Deborah comes to us with over 30 years of experience in childhood diagnostics and is trained in clinical psychology. She has experience working with children and teens in hospitals, residential treatment centers, and outpatient counseling centers. She also has 23 years of experience in Ohio public schools as a diagnostician and evaluator of childhood challenges including learning disabilities, ADHD, dyslexia, and emotional/behavioral diagnosis. Debora shares, “I enjoy helping kids find success and see my care of them as a personal calling.”
