    Office Manager Location: Spud Software 9478 S Saginaw St, Grand Blanc, MI 48439 About Us: Spud Software is a dynamic and innovative custom business management software firm where our mission is to deliver exceptional consultative support and innovative software solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce stress. We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to join our team and oversee the administrative operations of our office. Responsibilities: *Liaison and Communication Coordinator: Act as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination. *Process Management: Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. *Inventory Management: Maintain and manage office supplies inventory; place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels. *Recruiting and Onboarding: Assist in the recruiting process by coordinating communications with candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and participating in the interview process. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training. *Payroll and Invoicing: Handle financial transactions such as payroll processing, invoicing, and 401K administration. *Facilities Management: Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and office renovations to ensure a safe and productive work environment. *Confidentiality and Privacy Manager: Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and regulations. *Travel Coordinating: Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, including executives and staff. Qualifications: *Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. *Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach. *Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software (e.g., ERP systems). *Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with payroll processing is preferred. *Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior ERP Sales Specialist to join our team. Position Overview: As the Senior ERP Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market reach in Michigan. You will be responsible for selling our ERP solutions to businesses with 30+ employees and annual sales exceeding $3 million. Additionally, you will lead the growth of our sales team, scaling it to include four or more sales professionals within the next two years. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Identify and target businesses within Michigan that meet our ideal customer profile. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their pain points and presenting tailored ERP solutions to address their needs.
