Here’s what we got to savor: Arroz con Gente🍚 Ropa Vieja🍖 Platanitos Maduros🍌 Ensalada de Lechuga y Tomate🥗 Yuca Hervida🥔 Camarones Asado🍤 Cuban Capuchins🍞 We had a blast diving into Cuban culture through this tasty spread and also picked up some great tips on choosing well-balanced meals and being mindful of what we consume. 😋Can’t wait for more culinary adventures! We at SR1 Scientific Research are honored to accept an award from the U.S. Department of Education 2024 Engage Every Student Recognition Program! While on the nation's capital, CEO/Founder, Tamu Green, and COO, Dorlisa Hutton discussed valuable opportunities SR1 provides for students. Across the country, the U.S. Department of Education recognized 13 non-profit organizations and city municipalities for our efforts to increase access to quality afterschool and summer learning programs.
