Today we celebrate all women, especially those working in the manufacturing industry, on International Women's Day! Women account for roughly 30% of the manufacturing workforce today. Although it is a male-dominated industry, we are seeing more and more women joining manufacturing companies in all departments including leadership, engineering, production, marketing and more. MAM is a proud partner of the Women in Manufacturing Missouri Chapter. We look forward to collaborating on efforts to promote women working in the manufacturing industry, such as the women pictured below.
