The Firm would be happy to assist you in your alternative dispute resolution needs. Our ADR practice group will include three experienced and accredited litigators with over 80 years of experience combined: Bryan Reuter, Tom Owen, Jr., and Leonard Davis. Bryan, Tom, and Lenny are trained mediators who understand the challenges that plaintiffs and defendants face in resolving disputes. Each of the Firm’s neutrals have years of training and experience in best practices that reinforce their ability to give you elite legal advice and support. In launching the ADR Practice Group, the Firm works towards expanding their litigation and dispute resolution support to their clients for inventive and creative solutions. Prior to becoming associated with Stanley Reuter Thornton Alford LLC, Lenny was affiliated with and previously a partner at Herman, Herman & Katz for many years. Lenny has substantial experience in complex litigation and business transactions. He is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, Texas, and Tulane Law School. Mr. Davis's of over forty years of practice has included corporate law, commercial litigation, complex business litigation, railroad litigation, multi-district litigation, mass torts, and class actions. He is licensed to practice in all State and Federal courts in Louisiana.
