Another exciting project in the works with eFlow USA
Empire State Dairy complex at 2840 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY features 4” eFlow-CARs set to 25 CFM. The Empire State Dairy complex is a 14-story mixed-use development set for completion in 2024. The project features 320 affordable housing units and combines new construction with the adaptive reuse of the historic Empire State Dairy complex. As part of the development, eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators are installed to enhance energy efficiency and ensure optimal indoor air quality. Designed by Dattner Architects, the project preserves the early 1900s landmarked dairy complex, integrating it with contemporary housing solutions. This mixed-use development combines the adaptive reuse of the early 1900s landmarked Empire State Dairy complex – a former milk production – and new construction. This development highlights the importance of preserving historical structures while meeting modern urban housing needs. eFlow collaborated with SRS Enterprises Enterprises Inc., the product representative for this project.
