This workshop begins at 3:30 PM and provides young writers with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the creative process, ask questions, and discover their unique voices. It's an opportunity to boost confidence and empower students to become confident writers. The workshop wraps up at 4:30 PM with a special treat – a cozy cocoa house where both parents and students can enjoy the words of Mrs. Supplee as she reads from her latest work. We had the privilege of hosting alumna Renee Wilson '08 in our 8th-grade Leadership Seminar! As a successful business owner, Renee shared her incredible journey, walking our students through the process of building her own business, The Farmyard. However, what truly stood out was Ms. Wilson's emphasis on how serving others and building relationships in the community were not just optional, but essential components of her business. Renee's passion and inspiration are truly contagious! Her insights and experiences have ignited a spark in our students as they embark on their own journey to discover their passions. These leaders are now on the path to creating their service learning projects and research papers, thanks to Renee's invaluable guidance. Renee, thank you for giving back and inspiring the next generation!
