SaaM is a staffing and business solutions company specialized in Healthcare and IT Services, located in the capital city of healthcare – Nashville, Tennessee. Our recruiting and strategic staffing solutions have helped companies in more than 35 states in the US along with two Canadian provinces. We started in 2014 as a boutique-style staffing & recruiting agency directed by a community-driven and people-first mission: love to staff, live to serve. In 2017, we launched an On-Demand Staff Augmentation Service delivering a network of EHR-specialized consultants delivering Go-Live Support. Our W2 Contingent Workforce enables the delivery of 500+ resources within 48 hours or less throughout the United States and Canada. Today, we continue to grow our recruiting and talent search services across a variety of industries, and deliver our strategic staffing solutions with specialized expertise in Healthcare and IT Services. Go-Live Support We specialize in delivering Healthcare IT consultants and At-the-Elbow (ATE) trainers for top EHR systems including Cerner, Epic, athenahealth and more. Talent Acquisition Recruiting & candidate delivery for critical hires from Mid-Level to Director and Executive roles. We aid our clients in finding the future of their business. Staffing & Recruiting With a strong background in IT & Healthcare, we provide contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement staffing solutions across all industries. On-Demand HCIT Consultants Our HCIT contingent workforce designed to deliver pre-screened W2 consultants specialized in leading EMR softwares in 48 hours or less. Medical Record Management Health Information Management made easier; Including manual data conversion, virtual office support and Master Patient Index (MPI) services.
