A common challenge for SCI… A customer approached us frustrated with their inconsistent calibration results for their SMAR LD301 pressure transmitters. In our end-to-end systems approach we identified the root cause – a height difference in their installation – that impacted the accuracy of their readings. Our team devised a creative hardware solution to simulate the original calibration environment, ensuring accurate reflections of the problem at hand. After testing, we were able to find and build a solution for this installation challenge. We recently developed a detailed technical manual to equip future SMAR LD301 buyers with proper installation knowledge. SCI had the capability to simulate various customer environments in the LD301 calibration process. This extra step guarantees reliable results for every customer, regardless of their setup and location. By going beyond calibration, we provide a comprehensive solution for our customers.
