Last month, a group of Standard employees visited GAF’s plant in Myerstown, Pennsylvania, to learn how residential shingles are made and to meet the team behind the operations. The plant, which employs over 150 people, produces shingles for GAF’s Northeast and Canadian markets. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure consistency, with more than 100 trucks transporting finished products from Myerstown daily. Beyond the plant, GAF Myerstown is making an impact through its community partnerships, including a high school learning program and plans to revitalize basketball and tennis courts using GAF StreetBond product at a local park this fall. A special thanks to Myerstown Operations Manager Kyle McGrady and Senior Production Specialist Jason Wohlbruck for the tour. #GAFroofing

Home to around 200 different species, the equatorial dome at the Zoo de Beauval in Saint-Aignan, France, provides a lush tropical habitat for animals ranging from small monkeys to large otters.
