Stanislaus Community Foundation stewards charitable resources and nurtures partnerships to advance the common good.

About us

We’ve been connecting donors to local causes since 2002. Stanislaus Community Foundation exists for one reason – to improve the lives of the residents and the vibrancy of the unique and diverse communities throughout Stanislaus County. We do that by bringing people together from all sectors, to tackle issues larger than any one of them. We ask bold questions, listen deeply to the answers and look at data in new ways. We hold ourselves and our partners accountable to better outcomes. We work daily to create a vibrant community that all of us can be proud to call home. We bring together philanthropists, dollars and ideas to build a better Stanislaus today and tomorrow. Our work and leadership is focused on closing the opportunity gap through advancing educational attainment, economic opportunity and civic engagement.

Updates

  • Did you know that August is National Make a Will Month? At Stanislaus Community Foundation, we believe in the power of planning for the future. Creating a will not only secures your loved ones, but it also gives you the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy in your community. By including a charitable gift in your will, you can support the causes that matter most to you—long after you're gone. Your generosity today can create a brighter tomorrow for generations to come. If you are interested in learning more about legacy giving through SCF, contact Melissa Van Diepen at mvandiepen@stanislauscf.org.
