About us

SRG Concepts (formerly Star Restaurant Group) managing principals, Stu Damon, Kristopher Carr and Desmond Reilly bring a rich and varied background in the hospitality industry to the art and science of making restaurants profitable. We create original food and beverage concepts that provide a dynamic and fun work environment for our associates, and financial returns for our investors. The most important part of what we do happens inside the four walls of our restaurants... the hospitality that we provide to our guests. SRG Concepts owns and operates three brands, The Walrus Oyster & Ale House doi moi and Chicken + Whiskey.

    SRG Concepts Co-Founder, Principal Owner

    SRG Concepts is thrilled to announce Kelvin Galos as its new Director of Finance and Controller. Kelvin was previously Controller of Lyon Bakery, assistant controller of Greenwood House Assisted Living, and a start up entrepreneur in the institutional cleaning business while in college. He is a 2015 accounting and finance graduate of the Costello College of Business at George Mason University. He lives in Burke, VA with his wife and two daughters.
