Used together, the Stat-X First Responder® (FST) and a fire blanket combination confines the fire to the vehicle, thus reducing collateral damage to nearby vehicles, structures, and personnel. In addition to preventing the spread of fire, these products also greatly reduce the amount of water needed to complete extinguishment and minimize the production of smoke and toxic fire gases. All these benefits combine to make the fire scene safer while also limiting the environmental impact of the fire. About us
Stat-X® aerosol fire suppression fixed systems provide safe and superior aerosol fire suppression with significant reductions in weight, space, and maintenance. Upon activation the generators discharge an ultra-fine aerosol which suppresses fire. Applications include enclosed special hazard such as engine compartments, electrical cabinets, energy storage systems, wind turbines, machinery spaces, CNC machines, and remote telecom/radar sites. The Stat-X First Responder® is a hand held fires suppression tool (FST) designed for knockdown, or suppression, of a fire which may be encountered by emergency personnel before significant assets arrive on the scene. The unit is also effective in manhole fires. Stat-X is an environmentally friendly product.
