State Bank of Southern Utah is pleased to announce the appointment of Trevor C. Andersen as its new President and CEO, effective January 14, 2025. Trevor has over 26 years of banking experience at State Bank of Southern Utah, with his most recent role as Chief Lending Officer. Trevor Andersen will succeed Eric Schmutz, who has served as President and CEO for the past 15 years, and will retire in January. Eric and Trevor will work closely together over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition.
