  • Statistics of mini-markets at gas stations and points of income growth. Fuel is far from being the most marginal commodity; increasingly this business is focusing on the sale of related goods and services. This is a consequence of numerous market studies: ● 28% of the urban population regularly visit mini-markets at gas stations. 20% of them stop by on their way to work, 24% - because of free parking lots (compared to shopping centers and supermarkets). ● Only 30% of visitors buy gasoline. Snacks are bought at gas stations 6.5 times more often than gasoline. This is due to the fact that marques are visited not only by drivers, but also by passengers. ● 55% of visitors of mini-markets at gas stations expect good service from the cashier/seller. SteadyControl research has shown that service standards at gas stations are only 58% met. Only 2 out of 10 visitors are offered to participate in a loyalty program and 1 out of 10 are offered to make an additional purchase. Conclusion: it is enough to offer guests to spend more and it will already affect the growth of the average check and their number.

SteadyControl's research has shown that business processes in furniture retail are followed on average by almost half. This means that practically every brand is able to increase efficiency and, consequently, profit. The average efficiency of an employee in furniture retail is 56%. Conclusion 2: Customers are ready to spend more, but they are not asked to do so On average, in 22% of cases, the seller, showing initiative, offers accessories and additional products, tells about the campaign or other ways to increase the check. That is, 4 out of 5 customers are not made an offer to buy additional goods. Conclusion 3: Internal control of the staff is practically absent According to the system data, only 10% of managers control daily compliance of employees with basic service standards (scripts, discipline, appearance).
