The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Small Business Luncheon was yesterday. Congrats to a very well-deserved WALZ TETRICK! You all are an inspiration. Charlie Tetrick gave a brief acceptance speech and said winning the people game is how to become successful in business. Entrepreneurship can be a scary rollercoaster. There are times when you are on the edge of the cliff and you look over and all you see is darkness. The first thing you do is look around to see who is standing with you. If you have good people who will support you in those dark times, you have won the people game. This resonated with me. Amber Giangregorio Everyone always asks, "how can you run a business with your sister?". She is hands down the most creative, innovative and resourceful person I know.  Why wouldn't I? I am so proud of us. We have that Baudler blood, we don't quit and we work our a$$ off. Shoutout to Joseph Baudler for that. It has paid off. No matter what the future holds, I will always be your #1 supporter. Anthony Nastasi and Anissa Wolfe. Some may argue the first unofficial and unpaid staff of SIS. Whether it is being talent in our videos, stand-in camera operators, attending one of my first "big" client meetings (Anissa acting like our assistant because I was so anxious), or as my husband would say his title as head of emotional support.
