As part of our sustainability work, we hosted 12 students at our site GoCo Health Innovation City a couple of weeks ago. They also visited partners of ours, like AstraZeneca, Wellspect HealthCare, Atleva, Norlandia and Ribocure Pharmaceuticals AB, exploring careers in Life Science and healthcare.   Not only did the students express their newfound passion, but many of them are now considering future careers in research and innovation. A couple even mentioned becoming scientists, an idea they hadn’t previously considered.   By inspiring future talent, we’re not only investing in a more hands on education but also securing a sustainable future for our industry. praktikplatsen.se #innovation #sustainability #lifescience

Finally we get to welcome Mölnlycke Health Care to GoCo Health Innovation City! 800 employees will move in to top modern facilities spanning 16 400 sqm with state-of-the-art labs, moder offices, conference rooms and more to continue their work in health innovation.

Exciting News! We’ve officially broken ground for Nāst House – a state-of-the-art 31,000 sqm innovation hub that will be the centerpiece of Nāst Innovation Destination Torslanda. Designed to foster collaboration, Nāst House will be a dynamic space where talents, researchers, and companies come together to create the sustainable solutions of the future. About a week ago we hosted a panel on Talent Management at Frihamnsdagarna. This gave us the opportunity to share our experince as well as learn from the panelists representing Västsvenska Handelskammaren, Miss Prym and Vattenfall. Our key take aways: ⚫️Flexibility and Work Environment:  Balancing remote and in-office work is key. Tech companies encourage voluntary office attendance by making workplacesappealing, while other sectors may require physical presence for specific roles. Co-working spaces offer a flexible and attractive solution. ⚫️Freedom and Responsibility:  Companies like Vattenfall emphasize the importance of adapting to employees' needs, celebrating cultural diversity, and fostering community to brings people together. ⚫️Attracting International Talent:  Supporting social networks, housing, and partner careers is crucial for retaining international talent, as noted by Move to Gothenburg. ⚫️Identifying Talent:  Miss Prym highlighted that talent is about potential, not just past experience, and both Miss Prym and Vattenfall emphasized the importanceof education and development. ⚫️Leadership and Purpose:  Clear purpose and strong leadership are essential. Involving employees in business models and supporting inclusion fosters engagement.
