Rebekah Okdeh Bewley-Okdeh volunteered to create an excel sheet that can be used for future polo orders which will make the process more efficient and convenient. Benjamin Margulies turned in outstanding work product on a recent assignment. Ben not only did a fantastic job, but he also displayed high attention to detail. Hamseh Isleim did an absolutely incredible job on her first C&S assignment by effectively using the Bluebook and Redbook. She went above and beyond and made the A&S Editor's job much easier!

🌍 Lessons from Studying Abroad 🇪🇸: Learning International Time Management, Virtual Connectivity, and Work-Life Balance ⚖️ Studying abroad has been an incredible experience so far, offering valuable lessons beyond the classroom. Here are a few key takeaways that have helped me grow personally and professionally: 1️⃣ Time Management 🕰️: Balancing the demands of writing and editing for the Stetson Business Law Review, assisting my Stetson Law Moot Court team in the Military Law competition, and navigating a new academic environment in Madrid—all while spending quality time with my family here—has been a rewarding challenge. Madrid is 6 hours ahead of EST, so I use my mornings when I don’t have class to get a head start on tasks set in EST before the day begins back home. This time zone advantage allows me to focus on research, writing, and preparation in a quieter setting. Setting priorities and realistic goals has been key to staying on top of everything, helping me work smarter and more efficiently across time zones. 2️⃣ Virtual Connectivity 🌎: In an increasingly global world, staying connected virtually is key. From keeping up with professors and classmates across different time zones to maintaining connections back home, I learned the importance of leveraging tools like Zoom, Teams, and other platforms to stay on track. These tools not only helped me remain productive but also fostered virtual collaboration across borders. 3️⃣ European Work-Life Balance ⚖️: One of the most refreshing aspects of studying in Europe is experiencing their perspective on work-life balance. Europeans value time spent with family, friends, and personal well-being just as much as professional success. It’s a lesson I’ll carry forward in my career—working efficiently while prioritizing a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. Studying abroad has opened my eyes to different approaches to learning, connecting, and living, and I’m excited to apply these insights to my future endeavors. 💡 If you've studied abroad, what are some of the lessons that you've learned, or experiences that surprised you? #StudyingAbroad #TimeManagement #VirtualConnectivity #WorkLifeBalance #GrowthMindset #LessonsLearned #GlobalExperience
