One of the perks of working at Stevens Construction is our quarterly jobsite field trips and this quarter, we took a “sound journey” through the future home of Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists of Florida, located at 12700 Creekside, Suite 101 off College Parkway in Fort Myers. Slated for a six-month construction duration, our team completely gutted the existing 7,400 SF space and is transforming it into the expanded location of the SWFL Otolaryngology practice. Accented by colors complimenting their logo, the new office will feature eleven exam rooms, offices and two soundproof audio booths for evaluating audiology pediatric and adult patients. It was big smiles this morning as we celebrated the halfway point of construction for Kari Mann Dental Studio at 3111 Del Prado Blvd. in Cape Coral. With more than 20 dental projects completed, Stevens Construction is hard at work building a new 5,200 SF facility, a major expansion for the practice. Slated for completion in early 2025, the new space will feature eight treatment rooms, advanced technology, and dedicated areas for surgical and implant procedures. Congratulations to Daniel Adams Jr, Executive VP/Partner! Dan’s dedication to early morning HIIT workouts played a key role in his August wellness challenge victory, where he earned an impressive 417,471 points! Despite having a busy schedule leading the Fort Myers construction team, he still prioritizes his health and well-being. His commitment is an inspiration to all of us—showing that no matter how demanding life gets, it is still possible to focus on fitness! PopStroke Fort Myers and Sarasota are getting makeovers! Following the tremendous success of their innovative golf and casual dining concept, both locations are set to get a fresh look in their entrance and retail areas. Stevens Construction, the original contractor on both sites, is back on the course. Our Special Projects team is installing new cabinetry, wall tile, wall accents and a fresh coat of paint—all within just three weeks. We’re teeing things up to ensure everything is ready for the upcoming season! #Popstroke

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Fabio Ruiz. A dedicated member of our special projects team, Fabio will be remembered for his unwavering positivity and warm smile that brightened every room. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.  

We have expanded our Fort Myers operations with the addition of project managers, Logan Holley and Theo S.chimper! Logan brings eight years of construction experience, previously working for Junea Construction Company where he earned multiple promotions and ultimately served as project manager. During his tenure, he completed $150M of construction in the Atlanta market which included a $62M mixed use project completed in twenty months. Logan is a civil engineering graduate from The University of Alabama, where he earned the prestigious Edgar Boyd Kay and George J. Davis Awards.  And a fun fact—Logan was his high school class valedictorian! With eleven years of experience, Theo has a demonstrated background in project management and preconstruction, specializing in aviation, industrial and commercial projects. His previous roles include serving as project manager for The Hertz Corporation where he successfully led multiple nationwide projects. Additionally, he served four years with the Marine Corps Reserve, focusing on satellite communications. Theo joins Stevens Construction’s special projects division where he will lead projects under $1.5M, ensuring budget, schedule and quality goals are achieved.  And a fun fact—Theo was born in South Africa! Coconut Point Ford has expanded its campus with the addition of a 13,477 SF building completed by Stevens Construction! With 18 service bays, the new building supports Coconut Ford’s growing commercial vehicle market and is expected to reduce wait time on service appointments. Housing a parts counter, waiting room with beverage bar and restrooms, the building also includes a mezzanine with a freight elevator for convenient transport of parts. To complement the existing Coconut Point Ford campus, the building has a stucco exterior, custom metal awnings and enhanced landscaping. Our team completed this project in ten months as scheduled and under budget—and the project occurred while Coconut Point Ford remained operational.
