The U.S. Department of Labor’s National Disability Employment Awareness Month, observed each October, celebrates the value and talent workers with disabilities contribute to America’s workplaces and economy. The St. Louis Fed’s Ability Beyond the Label (ABLE) employee resource group and the Federal Reserve System’s Disability Affinity Community are recognizing #NDEAM and this year’s theme “Access to Good Jobs for All.” ABLE has several educational events planned where employees can increase awareness and share personal experiences.
