Exciting developments at STN Instruments! We have implemented a new "pyramid type" instrument loading/placement rack on our temperature chamber, based on the aerodynamic principle of "airflow vectoring". A Full Factorial Design of Experiment was performed to study the influence of the mathematical topology of the chamber and its interaction with the instrument loading/placement rack and the electro-mechanical characteristics of the circulation fan in order to achieve optimum air flow uniformity within the measurement chamber. While some of the formulary may be proprietary to STN Instruments, the basic physics equations are readily available to the public. STN Instruments uses this equipment to achieve the desired accuracies for its Differential Pressure, Barometer, and Datalogger product lines. There are plans for STN Instruments to conduct marketing and product launch/introduction events in Orange County and San Diego, CA in November 2024 and a similar event in Boston, MA also in November 2024. Stay tuned for these announcements. We are also scheduled to exhibit our latest products at the Measurement Science Conference (MSC) 2025 from April 14-17, 2025 at the Disneyland Convention Center, Anaheim CA, Booth number 302.
