🚨 How often do you audit your content? According to Semrush, 59% of successful content marketers report conducting content audits two or more times per year. Why? Because keeping your content aligned with shifting audience needs and business goals is critical to success. Culture content creators — this is for you, too! When you review your culture content, it’s important to look at it from two perspectives: → Quantitatively: How did this content perform? Check page views, video watch time, conversions, social post engagements, email open and click-through rates. → Qualitatively: Does it still reflect your culture? Is it authentic, up-to-date, and setting realistic expectations for candidates? Then, it’s time to Keep, Toss, or Refresh each piece. Looking for more content audit tips? Organizing your culture content library is key to maximizing its value. Before diving into a content audit and planning session, take a step back and create a structure that will set you up for success. Whether you're using a CMS or a simple spreadsheet, these three tags will help you stay organized: → Culture Theme — what aspect of your culture does it bring to life? → Content Medium — what format is the content? → Talent Audience — who is the content trying to reach? Happy World Mental Health Day! 💚 At Stories Inc., we believe that taking care of our mental health is just as important as any other aspect of well-being. By adopting a four-day work week and other flexible policies, we strive to empower team members to take time for the things that help them recharge and feel their best. Here are a few ways our team does just that: ⛰️ Jill finds a way to get outside — whether it's a short neighborhood walk or a mountain climb. 🏓 Christy plays pickleball with her husband every Friday, keeping them connected and active. 🥾 Scott and Lauryn take a weekly hike to clear their minds as business owners, catch up on work, and spark creativity for new ideas. 🚶♀️ Melissa and Bernadette both take morning walks to start their day right. What are some ways you take care of your mental health? Let’s take a moment today to check in with ourselves and each other. 💚 #WorldMentalHealthDay
