Time to start another one! This third floor mechanical room at Alberta Bair Theater has several areas that leak into the room below when there’s any kind of spill. We used a diamond grinder to prep and level the floor followed by filling all of the small holes with epoxy mortar. Next step is a very heavy coat of primer, then a couple of heavy coats of epoxy, and then high wear urethane to finish it out.
