🏠 🌟 Project Highlight Coyle School Residence Location: Taunton, MA Type: Adaptive Reuse & Renovation This project involved an adaptive reuse renovation of the former Historic Catholic Middle School building into 50 affordable housing apartment units. Construction included full restoration of the existing 50,500 SF building’s brick exterior and interior renovations to create 50 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The ground level of the existing building is 17,780 SF with 12 units. The first floor is 16,942 SF with 9 units.
