Not surprising to see some of the highest investor purchase continue to be in the SE and Sunbelt even though (see top map) the overall share of investors purchasing may be down. Bottom map shows change in investor share from Q3 2022 to Q3 2023 - interesting take away is investors during this time period seem to be exiting pockets of the SE. Atlanta, Charlotte, Jacksonville and Orlando are among the fastest losing momentum with investors. Data is your friend and can be used to inform and potentially even predict.
