Join us in recognizing Jake Winkles as he begins his 7th year with Strick! Jake started with us on the production floor, diving into the hands-on work of installing electrical components in the front panels of our trailers. His dedication quickly shone through, and he was promoted to Manufacturing Operations Analyst after a year and a half. He excelled in that role for three years and, for the past 2.5 years, has been handling the challenges and opportunities as an IT Software Analyst. Jake's ability to dig into new roles and grow his skillset with us has positively impacted our team and our overall success.  We are grateful to Jake and all our Strick team members who bring their best year after year!
