Providers and professionals work hard to demonstrate the needs of participants, and progress that has been achieved towards goals. This is something that has been mandated by NDIA as a requirement for funding reviews, and ethical providers complete these efficiently so as to not exploit participant funds. To hear that the NDIS planners are NOT taking the time to read these reports that have been developed for the unique individual sitting in front of them, how can they possibly be making informed decisions about the funding and support needs for the future?
