New Opportunity - Senior Designer - Sausalito, CA We are currently seeking a Senior Designer with 10 years of residential design experience to lead our client's interior design team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-end residential projects, ranging from complete interior remodels to collaborating with architects on cohesive interior packages. We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong project management skills. - Lead the design and implementation of projects from concept to construction, working closely with Partners, Designers, and our Studio/Purchasing Manager. - Oversee project delivery, including managing schedules, budgets, and communications with clients, architects, builders, and vendors. - Ensure seamless coordination throughout the design process, from sourcing materials and custom furnishings to final installations. - Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment where all team members bring their best work to each project. - Coordinate and manage FF&E and custom furnishings, ensuring all specifications align with project goals and client expectations. - Produce and oversee visual presentations, specifications, and construction documents. Qualifications include 8-10+ years of experience in high-end residential design, proficiency in Vectorworks and/or AutoCAD, and strong project management skills. Expertise in sourcing materials, specifying custom furnishings, and leading project teams is essential. Leadership experience in guiding junior designers through all phases of design and implementation is a key aspect of this role. The role is onsite and the firm is high end residential. *Position 3: Designer: This position is based in Sausalito and offers a salary of $90-120k depending on experience and excellent benefits. The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of residential interior design experience as well as great IA experience with a high end design firm. The role is onsite with one day WFH. *Position 4: Junior Designer or Design Assistant: This position is based in San Francisco and is onsite 5 days/week. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of residential interior design experience, however my client is also open to recent graduates. Excellent opportunity for growth and mentorship from a Principal and highly skilled team. *Position 5: Intermediate Designer: This position is mostly remote with 1 day/month in the office.
