Share a pair to show you care! Support Suburban's Socktober sock drive, Oct. 7 through Oct. 28. Did you know that socks are the most needed but least donated item in homeless shelters? With your donation, we can help people get back on their feet! Donations will benefit Bethesda Cares and Stepping Stones Shelter. The donation bin will be located in the Main Lobby. Only new and unused socks are permitted for donation. We are accepting all sizes and colors! Socktober is sponsored by Suburban's Kindness Krew.

Ama Tu Vida, Love Your Life! This past Sunday Suburban Hospital's community health team joined countless like-minded community partners, businesses, health and government agencies to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Year after year, Ama Tu Vida, organized by Montgomery County's, Latino Health Initiative, cultivates a trusted space to share essential resources and access points to improve overall health and well-being. Highlights include observing the dynamic team of community health workers: Esmeralda, Sabina, and Patricia in action. Their dedication, focus, genuine enthusiasm, and resourcefulness to give, give, give, is all inspiring. Many thanks to Council President Andrew Friedson for getting the smiles started.
