Check out the stunning Terminal at Katy Trail! Suffolk's Dallas team recently completed this luxury high-rise condominium development next to the city's beloved Katy Trail for our client Capitol Peak Ventures. The mixed-use project features retail, restaurant and commercial space on the first and second floors, with residential units on the third through eighth floors. There's also a three-level, below-grade parking garage with residential amenities. We're proud to have played a role in bringing this beautiful project to the heart of Dallas! Suffolk Northeast is proud to play an important role in the construction of Brown University's William A. and Ami Kuan Danoff Life Sciences Laboratories project. This state-of-the-art planned facility for integrated life sciences research is designed to convene scientists across multiple fields of study to solve complex, interconnected health and medical challenges. Upon completion, the seven-story, 300,000-square-foot facility will provide labs and workspace for research in aging, immunity, brain science, cancer and biomedical engineering, among other fields. The facility will also be powered by 100% renewable electricity with emergency backup for resiliency, establishing this as one of the first “net zero” lab constructions in New England. Suffolk looks forward to collaborating with our partners on this visionary design-build project! https://lnkd.in/ez2cUWPv TenBerke | Ballinger

This group successfully completed the two-year Career Start program, which consists of estimating, project management, and field operations rotations geared at mastering the fundamentals of construction. All 44 graduates are taking the next step in their professional development in project management, field operations, digital engineering, planning and other disciplines.
