About us
The Washed Club is a group of creatives who like to hoop and have fun. The club was founded by Jarrel Harris and Tony Mui in 2021 to connect media professionals and creatives on the court. We wanted to create a safe space and community for all different types of players and backgrounds. We have an extensive network of journalists, marketing personnel, influencers, artists, hosts, graphic designers, and more. We produce original content, manage community, and social events in collaboration with major brands.

We collaborated with the LA Clippers and the Intuit Dome. Several Washed Club members were flown out for an exclusive tour of the brand new arena. While there we put on a community run with some of our local friends and met some new ones along the way to break in the new Court B aka Court Ballmer. We will continue to expand the club across the country, as well as around the world, and we look forward to partnering with more National Basketball Association (NBA) teams to strengthen the bond between washed up hoopers. https://lnkd.in/e-CJ-Qun

Celebrating 3 years of the Washed Club. This past weekend we celebrated another milestone. Thank you to the Brooklyn Nets for allowing us to use their practice court at the Barclays Center. We also like to thank all the brands that has worked with us in the past and continue to show us support! (Too many to list, but they know who they are.) And lastly we had to bring the celebration back to the roots and take the run back outside for that NY summer vibe! Shoutout to entire community who continue to show up for the cardio and buckets. (Last photo was our very first run.) More big things to come!

Jarrel Harris AKA ‘The Commish’ is a New York native who grew up in the Lower East Side. He currently works at the NBA as a digital content manager. He has collaborated with many brands, entertainers and athletes on several projects. He never misses an opportunity to tell everyone his jumpshot is Curry-Esque. Tony Mui is a born and raised New Yorker, who never played a single second of High School or College basketball but the city’s blacktop courts taught him everything he needed to know about the game! He previously worked at Complex Networks, where he managed to develop many relationships with other industry and media personnel, as well as influencers.
