We return to the list after Ritual Sister, our 100% smoked pineapple spirit, made the last round—both recommended by Brian Evans of Sunday Hospitality. Double Dutch is a blend of our Metamodernity Single Malt Rye, smoked with cherrywood and finished in a fresh cherrywood cask, married with our cherry eau de vie and barrel-aged together for an additional month. Both spirits had 2-3 years of age before blending. Made from 100% New York ingredients, the spirit draws inspiration from Compass Box Juvenile, a blend of Scotch malt and Calvados.
