The teams prepare for multi-day workshops by building hypotheses and identifying knowledge gaps to script experiential design activities. 25+ participant teams explore competitive brands, product and consumer pain-points, identify new differentiating vehicle features and generate new feature concepts. After the teams prioritize a product roadmap aligned with emerging technologies, SF supports each concept with illustrations to communicate the potential customer experience. This partnership brought together our talented industrial design and engineering teams, who worked in tandem to ideate, test, and refine every aspect of these devices. Our electrical engineering efforts played a crucial role in integrating advanced features into both products. We focused on custom hardware and software to seamlessly bring together multiple internal devices into a single compact, user-friendly system. Additionally, we developed sophisticated circuitry that enhances the functionality of the Lympho Cam and Ravin Cam, providing healthcare professionals with reliable tools for patient care. From enhancing usability and ergonomics to developing a robust mechanical structures, we focused on ensuring that both products are not only functional but also user-friendly. Our teams engaged in an iterative design process, prioritizing feedback and continuous improvement.
