Please help congratulate Matt Wancata on becoming our September Employee of the Month! Since joining Sunless in April of 2021 as an electrical engineer, Matt has made significant contributions to our team. His innovative designs have led to many improvements, showcasing his commitment to excellence. Matt consistently shows our Sunless values through his hard work and professionalism. He sets high standards for others by demonstrating respect and being collaborative. Matt takes on any engineering challenges and handles them calmly and efficiently. His dedication to teamwork and his positive attitude makes him such a valuable member of our team. On a personal note, Matt loves spending time with Caroline and Sophia (almost 4 months old already)! They have been enjoying their summer by taking walks around their neighborhood, hiking in the CVNP, relaxing at their home, and getting to their favorite spot, Sarah’s Vineyard. They can’t wait to do all the fun Fall and Christmas things later this year! They are very excited to take Sophia on her first cabin trip this fall. This will be their third year in a row going to the same cabin, so this could be their first family tradition! Matt is going to try to get Sophia interested in rock climbing when she’s a bit older so that they can get back to doing that! Thank you for everything that you do! Congratulations Matt! 

Please help me congratulate Alyssa Tallarico on becoming Sunless' August Employee of the Month! Alyssa started with Sunless back in October 2023 and has been instrumental during her first 10 months onboard. Not only did she onboard during a time of big transition between our old payroll system to our new system, but also right before one of the busiest times of the year for HR and recruiting. Alyssa didn’t shy away from the challenges she faced to learn all about a new company, new people, and a new system, but made it her mission to ensure staffing levels maintained stable throughout her first busy season in our production and distribution areas. She worked determinedly to fill all openings within just a day or two. Alyssa is very deserving of this recognition as she has done an outstanding job, and we are excited to see what amazing contributions she will have over the next several years! Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys going to concerts, playing volleyball, finding new hiking trails, and going to farmer's markets. She also loves spending time with her boyfriend, friends, family, and her dog, Gidget! Congratulations Alyssa!

Please help us congratulate our July Employee of the Month, Amber Heldreth! Amber joined Sunless back in May of 2019 as a QA Lab Tech. She then was promoted to R&D Chemist in December of 2019. She continued to grow and succeed, as a result, in July of 2020 Amber was promoted again to QA Supervisor/R&D Chemist. Most recently in February of 2023 she was promoted and now our current Senior R&D Chemist. She immediately hit the ground running with a passion for innovation and a drive for excellence. Amber always emphasizes the importance of quality, ensuring every product and solution meets our Sunless standards. Her dedication and expertise have significantly advanced our operations and product development. Amber has shown remarkable initiative in enhancing our processes, particularly through her development of re-writing batch sheets to make them more comprehendible. Her keen eye for detail also led to the identification of critical tools essential for enhancing accuracy. She has created some amazing solutions for our retail line that our customers love! Even beyond her technical contributions, Amber consistently goes above and beyond in client interactions. She ensures our customers receive expert guidance and exceptional service. As a result, she is always fostering and strengthening customer relationships. On a personal note, Amber lives in Mogadore with her husband Mike, their daughter Emily, and their yellow lab Daisy. Amber loves all things fall, Halloween, puzzles, reading, and crafting.   Thank you for everything that you do! Congratulations Amber!

Please help us congratulate our June employee of the month, RJ Mathis! RJ joined Sunless back in July of 2023 as a Material Handler for the production department. He hit the ground running and has learned so many pieces of the business in production. He is always willing to help wherever is needed and has the knowledge of the area to support. RJ is a great resource in production and always has a great attitude. RJ consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and efficiency in everything he does. He is able to multitask with ease and brings a positive presence while doing so. RJ not only works with the production department, but he collaborates with many other departments as well. He will jump in and help on the fill lines, the receiving dock, driving the box truck, and more! One way he goes above and beyond is that he comes in early every day to get the production line set up. This helps the production team have a more seamless day ahead. With our recent roll out of Redzone, RJ steps up and participates and/or leads daily Redzone huddles. The production floor recently got a new piece of equipment, and he learned the set up and troubleshooting at an expert level within just a few weeks. Keep up the great work RJ! Outside of work RJ enjoys, home projects, working on his cars, spending time with his girlfriend Shawnna. “Family is everything” for RJ, and he enjoys being a big brother to his younger brother and sister.   Thank you for everything that you do! Please help us to congratulate our May Employee of the Month, Dionne Carter! Dionne joined our team back in July of 2023 in the fill department. She then transitioned to a full-time Spare Parts Shipper in November of last year. Dionne consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and providing excellent service. She is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our orders are accurate and on time. She also ensures that every part is properly protected during shipping. If needed, she makes adjustments to find a more suitable way to pack parts with protective cushioning to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged. Dionne will jump in to help anyone that needs it. She consistently volunteers to stay for overtime if other departments need support. Dionne shows up every day and displays Sunless values in everything she does. She always has a smile on her face and is friendly and helpful to all.  On a personal note, Dionne is a widowed mother of 5 children and 13 grandchildren. During her spare time, she loves spending time with family, cooking, detailing cars, and helping people.   Congratulations Dionne!
