Jennifer Mejia Rosas was recently promoted to Assembly Department Lead at our Minnesota Division. In doing so, she becomes the first female to lead the assembly department at SRC's Chaska facility. Jennifer is also an immigrant from El Salvador, and with today marking the final day of Hispanic Heritage Month, we figured it was a perfect opportunity to give Jennifer a shout out and recognize the importance of diverse experiences and perspectives in maintaining a rich, representational culture within our company. SRC is excited to announce the recent hiring of Raul Babilonia for the position of Sales Application Engineer at our Arizona Division! Originally from Puerto Rico, Raul grew up in New Jersey and upstate New York before moving to Phoenix last year. In his professional career, Raul has held application engineering and account management roles at one of the largest commercial HVAC companies in the industry over the last three years. Raul said that SRC’s people were what convinced him to join the team, saying that he felt it was an opportunity he couldn’t pass up after speaking to various employees during the interview process and learning more about SRC’s culture. When he’s not at work, Raul likes to spend his time working out, cooking, and dancing, which has been a hobby of his since childhood. Welcome to the team, Raul!
