Last Friday, alongside our #idlers and #pulleys distributor Stone Products Inc., we hosted a Conveyor Optimization Workshop at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. #skolvikings Aggregate producers learned best practices for #conveyor walk-downs, covering essentials like #beltcleaning, #loadcontainment, and #belttracking. The discussions also emphasized how fugitive material can drive up real costs of operating your conveyors. It's getting real now! With about a week left before production starts moving in (the office will be ready a few weeks later), here are some of the latest pictures from our new #crusher #manufacturing facility in Morris, #Minnesota. The new space will increase crusher capacity in Minnesota by 50%! All #crusherparts will be accessible from one location, hydraulics assembly will happen side-by-side, and a test zone is comfortably located inside the building too. Along with Minnesota, the North American crushing market is served by another Superior facility in New Mexico. Internationally, we have crusher facilities in South America and Asia for our global connections in #aggregates and #mining. #minnesotamanufacturing

💡 NEW PRODUCT ALERT! That predesigned package consisting of a cyclone, sump, and pump is designed to help #aggregate producers recover valuable #sand particles that some might be losing during their fine material wash process. Known as the Scavenger Wash Circuit, the supplemental system captures fines in the 50-200 mesh range that can overflow the weirs of Fine Screws and end up in waste ponds.
