On August 18th, 2-Time Emmy Award Winner, Host and 3x New York Times Best-Selling Author of the recently released Uncomfortable Conversations with a Jew, Emmanuel Acho is coming to Atlanta for an exclusive conversation with The Temple of Atlanta’s Rabbi Peter Berg and Ebenezer Baptist Church’s Rev. Dr. John Vaughn. He will share the challenges he faced as he set out to write a book about antisemitism and the uncomfortable - and often painful - questions he needed to ask to become an ally that today’s Jewish community so desperately needs. The event will be held in the sanctuary of The Temple (Atlanta, GA), the exact place that was bombed in 1958 because of the congregation’s commitment to civil rights and Rabbi Rothschild’s friendship with Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.    When our founder Maggie Gallant brought the idea to Arthur M. Blank, Founder of The Home Depot and Owner of the Atlanta Falcons, within an hour he responded to wanting to underwrite the entire event. We are so thankful to The Arthur M.
