The Superscapes office in Northwest Arkansas is thrilled to welcome Carlos Orduna as a new Superintendent. A native of NW Arkansas, he has built a reputation as a superintendent who is meticulous to details and produces a finished product with few to no punch list items. With 18 years of award-winning landscaping experience, Carlos will oversee the day-to-day operations on our exciting project at the new headquarters for a global retailing giant in the region. He has already completed his OSHA 30 certification and has implemented a new safety program that is second-to-none. We proudly welcome Carlos Orduna to the Superscapes family. He is already making his mark in our NW Arkansas office, and we are certain his leadership will impact our entire company in a very positive way.

At Superscapes, our people are our most valuable asset. For a quarter of a century, the people we have hired and promoted have been the key ingredient to our becoming the leading landscaping services provider in Texas and Northwest Arkansas. We recently promoted three of our incredible and loyal employees to serve as Assistant Superintendents in our commercial division. Congratulations to Martin Guerrero, Everardo Moreno, Jr., and Aidan Phillips for continuing the legacy of our best leaders coming from within our Superscapes family. Your hard work and commitment have earned you these positions, and we all wish you the best as you continue to lead onward.

Partnering with Make-a-Wish North Texas was the privilege of a lifetime for Superscapes. They introduced us to Blane Cross, a young cancer survivor whose wish was to have a lawn and landscaping company of his own. Through the detailed wish he shared, Superscapes partnered with our industry teams to make Blane’s wish come true. Together, we outfitted this young entrepreneur from Greenville, Texas with every piece of equipment and every training module he would need to launch toward success. Blane Cross is a fighter—an overcomer—and we look forward to seeing our grand investment in him act as a catalyst to his future success.

With so much to celebrate, the Superscapes management team hosted an office staff outing recently at Top Golf in The Colony, TX. While we are pretty sure the PGA Tour won't be stealing any of them away from us, our entire staff family had such a great time with incredible food, golf, and some intense friendly competition. A bundle of prizes were awarded at the end of the event, and everyone left looking forward to a future time together with this remarkable team. Thank you to Superscapes CEO Shawn Clayton for generously hosting this celebration and for presenting such nice prizes to our winning golfers.
