However, the reality of these bans often leads to a significant disconnect. Many employees are choosing to ignore these restrictions, citing that tools like ChatGPT enhance their productivity and performance. In fact, over one third of respondents believe that the information they provide to AI tools remains confidential. But let’s be clear—ChatGPT holds no secrets.
