Terina excels in patient support, guiding individuals through their surgical journeys by providing detailed information about procedures, expected durations, and insurance benefits. Her empathetic approach helps patients feel more confident and informed as they prepare for surgery. Collaboration is key to Terina’s role, as she regularly communicates with the surgical team to address patient clearances and concerns. Her commitment to teamwork enhances the overall patient experience, ensuring that every detail is meticulously handled.
