My name is synonymous with Martial Arts and Fitness. As a lifelong martial artist and fitness pundant, I successfully competed on the National Level in Submission Fighting, Kickboxing, Full Contact Karate, Taekwondo and Olympic Style Wrestling a held several titles in Bodybuilding and Powerlifting. More important than my personal accomplishments are the many benefits that my students have gained. I have and continue to train a multitude of very accomplished individuals; UFC Fighters, Martial Arts School Owners, Professional Fighters, Spec Ops Military Personnel, Federal Agents and other Law Enforcement Officers, Professional Athletes, Doctors, Attorneys, School Principals, Teachers, Students with Special Needs, School Teachers, Celebrities, Computer Programmers, Wall Street moguls, moms, dads, not to mention the thousands of children trained over the years. My training methods have produced champions in the sports of Karate, Submission Fighting, MMA, Kickboxing, both Collegiate and Olympic wrestling, football, volleyball, soccer, Track & Field, just to name a few. I have conducted and/or have been a lead instructor for a plethora of self defense and fitness programs for corporations (Harley_Davidson, Laor Int’l, UPS and Sun Microsystems to name a few), school districts, community organizations and colleges over the past 20 plus years. Currently, I serve as an adjunct professor at Bergen Community College teaching self defense, health dynamics, as well as strength and fitness classes. I authored the books SURVIVAL STRONG, A Guide to Street Survival and Strength and Ferocious Fitness. I also created and produced S.A.V.E., the #1 Rated Self Defense and Fitness Video series (2007) and my most recent project, The Kettlebell Workout Library and I'm on several virtual training platforms and part of the leadership at UBQFIT, a fully integrated fitness platform.
