  • Our Juneteenth 3-Day organizing workshop will feature panel discussions around building communal power, utilizing resources, and celebrating the tenacity of our beloved community. You don't want to miss this FREE event at the Lola from June 14th-16th. This event is tailored to nonprofits and NGOs specializing in Environmental Justice. This three-day event is designed to connect, educate, and empower new and seasoned activists with foundational skills in relational organizing. Workshop topics include the history of the EJ Movement, 1-1 Conversations, House Meetings, and Building Power. Engage in hands-on activities, group discussions, and skill-building exercises to become effective advocates for equity, justice, and sustainability. Be part of something meaningful and important! Did we also mention this is a FREE event!?! Please Note: The 3-day will be a cohort-style workshop with the core of the training taking place on Saturday, June 15, and Sunday, June 16. If you have signed up for Saturday, we need to sign you up for Sunday. If you can attend one day, Friday would be the best day to join us for the panel discussion at Paschal’s. Hurry, registration is open now with only 25 spots available!
