An experienced engineer navigating the tech workplace as a woman of color with a disability, Preston-Watson is currently a senior digital accessibility lead at Salesforce. Hear insights and practical strategies for navigating barriers within the field as and alongside women of color in engineering with disabilities. You will also learn about the foundational role of accessibility and equity in the workplace and how to leverage accessibility to close gaps in your workplace and open pathways to internships, scholarships, jobs, and other opportunities. Pride month is an annual celebration of the LGBTQ+ community, held in June in many countries around the world.
