🌍 Alumni Leaders Meeting in Stockholm 🇸🇪 | May 23-24, 2024 We are happy to share that our Chairperson, Zhigger Abozaid, represented Sweden Alumni Network Iraq at the prestigious Alumni Leaders Meeting in #Stockholm! This annual event, organized by the Svenska institutet, brought together 23 alumni network representatives and 15 members of the Swedish Foreign Missions. The meeting was a fantastic opportunity to foster collaboration, share best practices, and develop solutions to strengthen the bond between alumni networks and the Swedish Foreign Missions. It was inspiring to connect with global leaders, exchange ideas, and work towards creating a more supportive and engaged alumni community. 🌟 Meet Our Board Member! 🌟 Noor Adil, PR & Communications at Sweden Alumni Network Iraq & a project manager in a national NGO. She holds a bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery (M.B.Ch.B) from Baghdad University. A fun fact about Noor is that she loves cats 😻 We asked her what "What does SI mean to her? and this was her answer "Participating in the SI program was a huge privilege to me as it gave me great tools to develop myself and connected me to people from around the world. 🌟 Meet Our Board Member! 🌟 Hayder Hamzoz, Treasurer at Sweden Alumni Network Iraq & Executive Director of INSM for Digital Rights. He holds a Master's Degree in fine arts from Baghdad University and a Master's degree in Internet innovation in the digital context, from Lund University. A fun fact about Hayder is that he likes - watermelon 🍉😅. 🌟 Meet Our Board Member! 🌟 Noor Esam AL-Khateeb, Vice-Chairperson at Sweden Alumni Network Iraq & Senior Women Protection and Empowerment Manager in International Organization. She holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Anbar University. A fun fact about Noor is that she is a woman who doesn't enjoy shopping! We asked her what "What does SI mean to her? and this was her answer "My experience with SI taught me the art of connecting with both myself and others through creative tools offered through the fellowship. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVMS) from the University of Duhok.
