Great morning at the 2024 Eastside Leadership Conference hosted by the Bellevue Chamber! We covered some timely topics around housing, infrastructure, workforce development, and public safety—all critical to the growth and sustainability of our community. I had the chance to attend with my Sweeney Conrad, P.S. colleagues Shirley W. Huang, CPA, John Orth, Ian Dornfeld, Leticia Zamarripa, Ian McInnis, Jill Kinney, CPA, Bryce Carter, CPA, and Kori Okamoto, CPA, and particularly appreciated the insights shared by Greg Lane from the Building Industry Association of Washington during the panel on housing and infrastructure challenges. It was a great discussion on how these issues are impacting the Eastside today. Looking forward to seeing how these conversations shape the future.
